Don Jordat founded Diamond Afterschool Sports on a foundation of knowledge and experience.


After a high school state championship and recognition as a First Team All- State Pitcher, he was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers. He went on to play as a starting pitcher for Miami-Dade College and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, with full scholarships.


Additionally, Coach Don played for the independent Can Am and Frontier Leagues. Throughout his college and professional careers, he continued to provide individual lessons and coach at baseball academies across central and north Florida.

Today, Coach Don enjoys his free time with his wife and two young kids!


Laiken Zay

Coach Laiken has been part of the DAS family for 2 seasons and has an exciting background as a softball player for over 13 years.

She has played for high school and travel ball teams and was a two-time state champion in her home state of Delaware! She also received accolades as a designated hitter.

Today, Coach Laiken is a student at University of Central Florida, and is pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. Coaching with Diamond Afterschool Sports allows her to share the game she loves with the awesome kids of central Florida!


Bobby Hall

Coach Bobby has played and enjoyed the game of baseball since he was just 5 years old. Starting out in little league he played through high school, winning multiple state championships as a left fielder.


After a high school he went on to play in West Palm Beach, Florida for the Sunshine League.


Today, Coach Bobby works in East Orlando and enjoys his free time with his two kids who play baseball and soccer!


Tiffany Rose

Coach Tiffany is a UCF Knight with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. She is also a lover of all sports whether she is playing or coaching! She has played flag football for the Women's Nation Club Team, run track and field, and played softball.

Currently, she is pursuing a Recording Arts degree from the FIRST Institute of Orlando.

She started with us in 2019 and is excited for a fun, new season!



Coach Karley played softball for over 14 years among other sports like basketball, flag football, and track! She has played on many travel ball teams as well as her high school varsity team where she won the Florida State Championship. As a high school pitcher, she was nominated First Team All County and Second Team All State. 


Currently, she is attending the University of Central Florida with a major in Health Sciences Pre- Clinical and a minor in Biology. 


She is excited to bring the students of DAS a memorable experience and help create fun memories with them!
